Marketing Strategy

To effectively market your property, the Joe Ward team uses an integrated marketing approach to reach qualified buyers. This includes advertising with direct marketing to target audiences, brochures, postcards, and internet marketing.


  • The home will be posted on the internet on the following sites (at a minimum):


  • A Brokers’ Open House may be held to expose the property to the local real estate brokerage community.


  • Public Open Houses will be held when warranted to draw additional prospects.


  • Your property will be listed in the Multiple Listing Service computer


  • Additional prospects will be generated through the Joe Ward team’s extensive personal prospect and referral base developed through 30 years of real estate experience and community activities.
